Booking Your Table
To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Simply select your preferred date, the number of guests in your party and each guest's menu and dish selections. Your total will be calculated automatically.
Please book your entire party under one reservation, as each booking is treated as a separate table. We cannot guarantee that separately booked parties will be seated together.
Drinks will be available to order separately and are payable on the evening.
Event Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment & Confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and your booking confirmation has been issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans sometimes change! Should you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your event to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will not normally be eligible for a refund.
If We Need to Cancel
Bay Leaves Larder reserves the right to cancel an event, providing at least 24 hours' notice wherever reasonably possible. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, all affected bookings will receive a full refund.
Booking Reminders & Dietary Requirements
We intend to send a friendly email reminder seven days before your event, giving you the opportunity to review your reservation and notify us of any outstanding dietary requirements.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking wherever possible. Although we'll always do our best to accommodate requests, late changes may not be possible.
Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens, including nuts, dairy and gluten, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your requirements.
Tables & Seating
Each booking is treated as one table reservation. Please ensure everyone wishing to sit together is included in the same booking. We cannot guarantee adjoining tables for separate reservations.
Arrival & Service Times
We offer one sitting only, beginning promptly at 7pm, with the evening concluding at 10pm.
Please arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full festive dining experience. If you're running late, please contact us.
Booking Amendments & Menu Availability
Changes to guest numbers, event dates or menu selections are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
Our dishes are prepared using carefully selected ingredients, and occasionally reasonable substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Where significant changes are required, we'll endeavour to let you know in advance and discuss suitable alternatives, taking account of declared dietary requirements.
