Join us at Bay Leaves Larder for a special evening workshop led by a certified coach: Art Journaling for Food & Body Peace. In this 2.5-hour session, you’ll be invited to slow down, reflect, and reconnect - with your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom - through simple, expressive art.
This creative session isn’t about being “artistic” or “good at drawing.” It’s about making space for honest self-expression, letting go of harsh food rules, and embracing a kinder, more intuitive approach to how you nourish and care for yourself.
